Alpha Research is a marketing and social research agency established in 1997.

Alpha Research is a member of ESOMAR /European Society for Opinion and Market Research/ and of the Bulgarian Sociological Association.

 

STRUCTURE
The team of Alpha Research is composed of 16 permanently appointed and 4 part-time experts in the fields of sociology, political science, marketing and statistics.

Alpha Research has a network of interviewers covering the entire country territory: twenty-seven regional supervisors and interviewer teams in the twenty-seven districts of the country.

Alpha Research provides annual qualification and training courses for its researchers and sector managers. Instructive seminars are organized twice a year for the interviewers and on a quarterly basis for the regional supervisors of the agency.

 
FACILITIES
Alpha Research offers excellent conditions for the implementation and coordination of the whole range of its services. The agency possesses hi-tech equipment for collection and processing of research information. The office of Alpha Research provides first-class conditions for focus group discussions that allow recording on DVD and enable maximum depth of the research analysis. The agency also has a well equipped phone room for large-scale telephone surveys.
