More alternative proposals are entering the landline phone services recently. Nevertheless BTC is still the dominant leader, however with a trend towards a shrinking market share.
BTC has so far lost approximately 29% of its landline users, where every tenth customer has recently cancelled the subscription.
The reflux process has apparently not ended yet. Some 59% of the current subscribers of BTC are not entirely happy with the services they get. Every sixth subscriber has considered or is considering a cancellation and every fourth one voiced their dissatisfaction. These facts open a broad ground for competition in the landline telephony, which obviously has future development.
